We are a local company offering an external window cleaning service for residential and commercial properties.
This includes glass, frames and sills as standard for U/PVC windows - and if you have leaded/stained glass or Georgian windows, we have specialist brushes to protect your windows.
Our customers' properties include standard residential homes to converted churches, farms, care homes and hospitals - and much more in between!
We also clean Velux windows, Solar Panels and Conservatories on request.

SERVICES
We use purified water pumped through an extendable pole system that allows us to reach up to 32ft (approximately 3 storeys) - all from ground level. Health and safety - not a problem!
Purified water not only means a streak-free finish, but also means no need for any detergents, making it more ecologically friendly to plants and pets.
As work is from ground level, this protects your privacy for any upstairs rooms.
Your initial deep clean will generally be up to 2-3 times longer than a normal monthly maintenance clean. This allows us to thoroughly remove all residue from the glass from previous cleans, plus any cobwebs and spiders nests, snail trails, moss etc from the frames and sills.
We do charge more for an initial deep clean than for your standard monthly maintenance clean, but you will see the benefit of this immediately - and a regular schedule of cleaning ensures the standard is maintained.
We recommend a 4-weekly maintenance clean after the initial deep clean, but we can discuss and agree individual requirements with you.
The purified water system leaves your windows sparkling clean, and dries naturally in about 30 minutes.
RESIDENTIAL WINDOW CLEANING
As standard, we clean glass, frames and sills for U/PVC windows.
We also clean Velux windows, Solar Panels and Conservatories on request.
All our work is carried out from ground level.
We have experience of cleaning converted churches, apartment blocks, farm properties as well as terraced and detached houses.
As well as U/PVC, we also regularly clean wooden framed windows, stained glass, leaded and Georgian windows.

HASSLE-FREE, LOW MAINTENANCE
We use a system of text message reminders, firstly on the week the clean is due to remind you to close your windows and leave access open to the areas you need cleaned, as well as following completion of the job to inform you the date of the next clean, and providing our bank details so you can transfer payment.
You do not need to be home for us to carry out your maintenance clean, as long as access has been left or arranged.
